Board and Committee members are requested to complete and submit the
Member Data Record form provided below. Your support will enhance
our ability to contact you when required, and also to provide you
with periodic, targeted information (i.e.-web site updates, meeting
notices, Kiltie Keynotes Newsletters, special events, etc.). Any member experiencing
difficulty with this form should contact the webmaster
for assistance.
As always, information provided by
members is strictly confidential
and shall be used solely for Kiltie related business. The information
may be verified before incorporation
into any database or online (i.e.-web site) publication. No personal information
shall be published on this web site, nor in any publicly
distributed band related documents, without the expressed permission of the
member providing the information.
