 The RHS Kiltie Band Executive Board
cordially invites all Kiltie Band alumni to participate in the
development of an alumnus database by completing and submitting the
online Registration Form below. Your support will enhance our
ability to provide you with timely, targeted information (i.e.-Kiltie
Keynotes Newsletter, special alumni events, etc.). Any participant
experiencing difficulty with this form should contact
an Executive Board member to register.
NOTICE: Any personal information provided by an
alumnus is strictly confidential
and shall be used solely for Kiltie related business. Information
may be verified before incorporation
into a database or publication. No personal information
shall be published on this web site, nor in any publicly
distributed Kiltie Band related document(s), without the
expressed permission of the alumnus providing the information.
Permission to publish your contact information is requested at the
bottom of this form. This permission may be rescinded by the affected
member at any time. All requests to rescind permission to publish
previously provided information, or to permanently remove said member
from the Kiltie alumni database, should be be directed to Terri
Seymour.
