 I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the members of the Riverview High School staff, student body, and volunteer organizations who have contributed an abundance of their time and energy towards the 2001-2002 Kiltie Band season. Your selfless efforts have, once again, resulted in a productive and inspiring accomplishment of great benefit to our entire community.

As the proud parent of both a 2001 RHS graduate and a freshman Kiltie Band member, I am continually inspired by your collective efforts. With an emerging desire to assist the hard working staff, students and volunteers of RHS, I have volunteered to participate in the redevelopment of the Sarasota High School Kiltie Band web site.

The main objective of this project is to redevelop the existing Kiltie Band web site, and eventually, incorporate it into the main RHS web site. As a webmaster, my goal will be to collaborate with administrative officials, volunteer organizations and the band members themselves to develop, expand upon, and effectively reflect the long standing nobility, traditions and commitment of the Riverview High School Kiltie Band, it's staff, members and alumni.

The navigational scheme that I have initially developed will undergo continuing evaluation and testing. As development progresses, this page and others will be filled with suitable informative and interesting content. One idea for the Kiltie site is to develop an e-commerce module, through which related booster product sales (i.e.-Kiltie tee-shirts, etc.) and/or financial donations could be accepted and transacted online in coordination with appropriate board member(s).

In closing, I invite you to submit your ideas towards the successful redevelopment of a new and effective website for the Riverview High School Kiltie Band and thank you in advance for your interest and cooperation.
